Officially seeking work

OK, my currrent job has reached a breaking point.
Ironically, it has nothing to do with SharePoint or Notes. It is more of a leadership issue in the corporation that has me concerned for its long-term viability. That is all I can say on the matter.
I have raised the issues to my management, and dealt with them within my power, but the issues are not being resolved.
While I still hold hope for their resolution, I also am officially on the market for a different position.
From my blog, you can get the sense of who I am. Intelligent, technical, adaptable, analytic, with tech skills on multiple platforms. I can code, I can configure, I can lead, I can architect. I have 20 years of IT experience.
I do not know everything, but I know how to find the answers. I make mistakes, but I also acknowledge and correct them.
I am snarky, but I restrict that to non-work outlets. I maintain the highest levels of professionalism in my work, and have had nothing but success in my career.
